One figure separates a usable promotion from an unusable one, and it is never the percentage on the banner. Formula one against formula two
The narrow version multiplies the bonus alone. The broad version multiplies the bonus together with the qualifying payment. Both are advertised with identical wording, and the difference in effort is exactly double.

The first thing to locate in a conditions text is therefore not the multiplier but what it attaches to. Everything else follows from that sentence.
The weighting table
A 10 CHF stake does not always advance the counter by 10 CHF. It advances it by 10 CHF multiplied by the contribution rate of the category involved.

The stake ceiling and what it costs in time
While a bonus balance is open, the permitted stake per round is capped, typically at about 5 CHF. Two things follow. First, a minimum duration: clearing 4'200 CHF at 1 CHF a round takes 4'200 rounds, and even at the ceiling it takes 840. Second, one of the most common reasons for a voided balance — a single round above the limit is enough, and it frequently happens after switching titles, since a new game may load its own default stake. Checking the stake box after every switch costs nothing.
A worked example
Payment of 120 CHF by PostFinance, matched at 100 per cent, factor 35 applied to bonus plus payment, seven-day deadline, reels weighted fully, ceiling at 5 CHF. The requirement is 8'400 CHF. At 3 CHF a round that is 2'800 rounds; at roughly 600 rounds an hour, a little under five hours of actual play spread across a week. Whether that fits an ordinary week is the real decision — not whether 120 CHF of bonus credit sounds generous. If the answer is no, the payment still works perfectly well without a promotion attached, and the balance stays withdrawable from 20 CHF.
Limits, and who checks the numbers
An open requirement ties up both money and time, which is why a deposit cap set beforehand does more good than one set halfway through a stalled run.
